1. Services
TM Detailing provides mobile and unit-based car detailing services across Yorkshire. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due on completion of the service. We accept bank transfer and cash.
3. Cancellation
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid.
4. Our Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses a health and safety risk or if the customer is abusive or threatening.
5. Liability
We take the utmost care with every vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, liability is limited to the cost of repair of the affected area. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by faulty paintwork.
6. Photography
We may photograph vehicles before and after detailing for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed.
7. Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, and email address to manage your booking. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
